Ingredients:-
Raw rice- 1/2 cup
Milk -1 litter
Sugar-1/2 cup
Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
Cashewnuts-3 tbsp
Raisin- 6-10 nos,
Ghee-2 tsp
Directions:-
· Heat milk in a pan and when start to boil, add raw rice.
· Keep the flame low and stir continuously until the quantity reduces to half-one and switch off the flame.
· Add sugar and powdered cardamom.
· Roast the cashews and raisins in ghee and pour it to the Pal payasam.
This sounds quite comforting.
