Ingredients:-
Wheat flour- 1 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Ripe Banana- 3 medium size
Baking soda-1/2 tsp
Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
Salt- a pinch
Water
Oil
Directions:-
· Grind banana with sugar into a smooth paste. Don’t add water
· Take a bowl with baking soda, wheat flour and add the ground banana.
· Knead all the ingredients very well make soft fluffy dough (Add water if needed) .Keep it covered aside for 2-3 hours for ferment.
· Heat oil in a deep fryer. Wet palms with little water and make balls of desired size(wet the palms will help to avoid stick dough into the palms) and fry until it become brown in color.
