Inchi Pachadi/Ginger Pachadi/Sadhya Special Inchi Pachadi




Ingredients:-

Ginger/Inchi – 2-3 small pieces
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 2-3 nos
Mustard seed - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 strand
Yogurt/Curd - 1/2 cup
Dried red chillis - 2-3 nos.
Salt
Oil


Directions:-


·         Grind grated coconut, green chilli, ginger, salt with yogurt/curd.

·         Pour this paste into a bowl.
·         Seasoning with mustard seed, red chilli,and curry leaves
Have with rice
