Gothambu Ladoo/Whole Wheat Ladoo/Fried Whole Wheat Ladoo



Ingredients
Gothambu/Whole Wheat- 1 cup
Jaggery powder-1/2 cup
Grated coconut-1/2 cup
Milk-1/4 cup
Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp

Directions:-

·         Take a pan and roast the whole wheat till golden brown

·         Grind into a fine powder
·         Add grated coconut and jaggery,cardamom powder

·         Add some milk for making balls
·         Make balls of this mixture     
Have with Tea....
