Vanilla Ice cream – 2 scoop
Crushed cornflakes – 3 cups
Egg white – 3 nos,
Directions:-
· Roll ice cream balls in egg white, then cornflakes, covering ice cream completely. Then freeze again for 3-4 hours
· Take a pan with oil, when it’s hot to enough to fry, fry ice cream balls until golden brown. Drain with paper towel.
· Serve immediately.

ReplyDeleteFried ice cream looks fantastic!I tried making it just this Saturday - all was well until I froze it less and everything came apart when I tried to fry the balls:( Will try freezing it for some more time and hope the trick works!Thanks for sharing dear:)
@sudha will keep frozen for 3 hours it will work out sure next time all the best..
