Green beans cut into 1’ pieces- 1/4 cup
Carrots cut into cubes-1/4 cup
Potato cut into small cubes–1/4 cup
Cauliflower florets-1/4 cup
Green peas-1/4 cup
Tomato,chopped-1 medium
Onion chopped-1 medium
Cumin seed-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder- ½ tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Cloves-2-4 nos,
Cardamom-2 nos,
Cinnamon-1’ pieces
Bay leaf-2 nos,
For Grinding
Cashew nuts-15-20 nos,
Grated coconut-1/2 cup
Directions:-
· Take a pan add cumin seed, when start to spluttering add all whole garam masala and sate for a while.
· Add the onion and sauté till it is become transparent. Add all masala powders and sauté for 2-4 minutes.
· Add all vegetable (except cauliflower) with just enough water, turmeric powder and some salt cook till vegetables are done. Do not overcook.
· Meanwhile grind cashews, green chilli,and coconut into smooth paste
· Add the coconut paste, cauliflower, into the cooked vegetables.

· Cover and cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Or it become thick gravy.
· Serve with rice or roti.
